A unique and clean formulation without PEG emulsifiers and perfumes which accelerates regeneration and relieves tension. 100% Pharma grade magnesium combined with 4 powerful extracts (St. John's wort, arnica, chestnut and harpagophytum), which have a long-proven history of being used to aid regeneration with no negative side-effects. This specific blend targets both the musculoskeletal and nervous system - from muscles to tendons and blood vessels, it aids blood circulation, reduces swelling, the feeling of heavy legs and prevents bruising. It also calms the nervous system and helps the body relax before going to bed.
OptiMSM® in the cream helps the formation of collagen for both tendons and joints, as well as on the skin, leaving it hydrated, supple and smooth.
MGcream is a versatile cream which can be used all over the body. Apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage it in. As little as 2 pumps is enough - what's most important is to use it frequently.
For best results apply MGcream every day for at least 10 days in a row. You can later adjust the frequency of use based on your needs and level of activity.
1 bottle = 21 days intensive use (12 pumps a day)
= 60 days of effective Mg boosting (4 pumps a day)
Caution: Some people experience an increase in energy when using MGcream in the evening, while others find it helps them calm down and fall asleep. If it gives you too much energy, only use it in the morning.

Please note you may experience a tingling sensation when using MGcream for the first time. This is normal and signals magnesium penetrating through your skin.
